About 1000ROOTS
Like many of my clients, my journey into trichology began with my own search for answers. After struggling to find the guidance I needed for my own hair loss, I realized how difficult it can be to navigate conflicting information, unanswered questions, and an endless stream of products and treatments promising to be the solution.
That experience ultimately led me to become a certified trichologist and create 1000ROOTS—a practice built around thoughtful, evidence-informed care and helping people better understand what's happening with their hair and scalp.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina and am a certified trichologist through the International Association of Trichologists (IAT). I am also a member of the American Hair Loss Council.
“Kelsey was able to answer all my questions. I feel so supported. 1000% recommend. My shedding made me scared of my hair, my products — everything I had grown to know changed. Seeing Kelsey made it possible to make informed decisions and not just hope for the best.”
